About the role

The Logistics Supervisor ensures the smooth flow of merchandise into and out of the store, guaranteeing product availability for customers in a fast‑paced, fashion‑driven environment. Working closely with the Store Manager and buying office, you will oversee receipt, storage, and delivery processes while coaching a team of logistics associates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site, task‑specific coaching to logistics staff.
• Manage daily workflow and allocate tasks to meet store objectives.
• Partner with the Manager to create effective staff schedules.
• Ensure rapid delivery of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Analyze receipt trends and adjust workforce planning accordingly.
• Coordinate transfer requests from other stores.
• Liaise between the Sales Manager and buying office for special orders, meeting promised delivery dates.
• Maintain inventory of hangers, wrapping, and packing materials.
• Oversee safe, controlled storage of customer merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, cyber‑security, health, and safety policies.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary degree, preferably in Business.
• 3‑5 years of supervisory experience in a similar logistics or retail environment.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
