Associate, Order Fulfillment

About the role

The Associate, Order Fulfillment supports Holt Renfrew’s luxury shopping experience by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. This onsite position works closely with store teams, logistics partners, and customers to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate order pick lists multiple times per day as needed.
• Execute hold orders within 24 hours of receipt.
• Enter shipping confirmations promptly into the database.
• Organize picking routes based on order volume and express deliveries.
• Process, update, and track all orders in the appropriate systems.
• Package and prepare orders for shipment, inspecting items for quality, mismatches, and correct labeling.
• Handle customer returns, verify policy compliance, assess merchandise condition, and process refunds.
• Replenish wrap and pack supplies according to volume.
• Maintain compliance with privacy, security, and data protection policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to follow up on tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale and inventory systems (POS).
• Experience using IP, CTS, and SAP platforms.
• Comfortable working with computers and data entry.
