About the role

The Supervisor, Cannabis Operations supports the Store Manager in overseeing a major cannabis retail location. This role ensures excellent customer service, compliance with government regulations, and achievement of sales targets while promoting a safe and educational environment for the public.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations and staff supervision.
• Control costs, develop annual store budgets, and monitor employment expenses.
• Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Provide accurate product information and education to customers.
• Implement and maintain store policies to uphold the Cannabis Store’s image and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or customer‑facing environments, preferably within regulated sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve sales objectives.
• Commitment to public health, safety, and social responsibility standards.
