Store Manager – 2 Year Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Pandora is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager for its Centre Les Rivières location on a two‑year fixed‑term basis. You will become the brand’s biggest fan, immersing yourself in our jewellery collections while delivering memorable experiences to every customer who walks through the door.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure the sales floor reflects Pandora’s brand standards.
• Coach, mentor and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive individual and store sales targets, KPIs and commercial performance.
• Oversee visual merchandising implementation and maintain efficient operational processes.
• Recruit, interview and onboard seasonal and core talent, including Assistant Store Managers and Sales Associates.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy compliance.
• Deliver real‑time feedback, foster accountability and develop a high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a caring, customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to connect with people at all organisational levels and inspire team members.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical mindset to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
