Station MEP Coordinator – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Station MEP Coordinator to manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for station and guideway projects in Ontario. You will ensure that all MEP work aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and sustainability goals while supporting the overall project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP subcontractors and conduct regular site visits to verify compliance.
• Review and execute HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑suppression system designs, including calculations, equipment selection, and layout planning.
• Oversee implementation of MEP systems during construction, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and adherence to design documents.
• Review shop drawings, as‑built documents, and redlines.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, adjusting as needed to meet milestones.
• Supervise installation and commissioning, conduct inspections and testing, and resolve issues on‑site.
• Implement safety procedures for MEP work and maintain accurate project files.
