Staffing Coordinator – Hybrid (Private Sector)

About the role

The Staffing Coordinator will support the talent acquisition function of a private‑sector organization by managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes. Working in a hybrid model, you will split your time between the office and remote work, collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely and effective hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current and future staffing needs across the organization.
• Advise applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions.
• Review and maintain candidate inventories and talent pipelines.
• Contact potential candidates to schedule interviews and coordinate logistics.
• Recruit recent graduates from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
• Communicate selection results, prepare job offers, and facilitate onboarding.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle to hire staff for various departments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing coordination.
• Fluency in French (as indicated in language requirements).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, flexibility, sound judgment, organization, and adaptability.
