Staff Accountant - Financial Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant specializing in Financial Reporting to join our dynamic team at MGMA Capital Holding Limited. The role involves preparing accurate financial statements, conducting variance analysis, and supporting the year‑end audit process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for MGMA Capital Holding Limited and its subsidiaries.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support the year‑end audit process by providing documentation and assistance.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation.
• 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
