Financial Services Representative

About the role

The Financial Services Representative joins CUA’s branch team to deliver a great banking experience to members and prospective customers. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will handle front‑line and telephone transactions while identifying sales opportunities that support members’ financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and lending processes, both in‑branch and via the Customer Contact Centre.
• Respond to member and non‑member enquiries, provide information, and identify cross‑selling and sales lead opportunities.
• Process defined lending and deposit transactions while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding service experiences for current and prospective members.
• Strong aptitude for engaging with people, effective sales skills, and a record of achieving results.
• Excellent cash‑management capabilities and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the capacity to adapt to changing requirements.
