Sports Instructor – Ski Resort

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sports Instructor to join our ski centre team. You will work outdoors in a cold, wet environment, delivering high‑quality athletic and fitness instruction to guests of all ages and skill levels.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate and teach a variety of sports, fitness and snow‑sport techniques.
- Lead and instruct both groups and individual participants.
- Train and mentor resort staff on best‑practice instruction methods.
- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in sports instruction or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in extremely cold conditions.
- Commitment to personal suitability checks (criminal record, vulnerable sector).
