Specialist, Global Product Management

About the role

The Mastercard Services global product team is looking for a Specialist to support the Mastercard Business Intelligence product. This role focuses on product execution, coordination, and delivery within a global, cross‑functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX partners to deliver product features and enhancements.
• Track progress, identify issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Support prioritization discussions and validate delivered functionality against requirements.
• Maintain product documentation and assist with post‑launch reviews and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to product delivery in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable using data to inform decisions and track performance.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of APIs, platform architecture, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics products, or SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, or analytics capabilities (preferred).
