About the role

The Identity Solutions team at Mastercard is looking for a Manager of Product Management to lead efforts in preventing fraud across emerging network token ecosystems. You will translate customer needs and fraud trends into product features that enable secure digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new fraud and identity use cases by understanding customer needs and emerging token ecosystems.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and digital product teams to turn requirements into clear product specifications.
• Work with marketing and sales to define positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement materials.
• Prioritize the product roadmap using adoption and performance metrics while balancing fraud prevention, cardholder friction, and approval rates.
• Partner with data science to analyze product and model performance, investigate root causes, and drive improvements.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience delivering customer‑focused solutions, preferably in payments, fraud, risk, identity, or authentication.
• Strong understanding of digital payment fraud threats such as account takeover, synthetic identity fraud, testing attacks, and social engineering.
• Exceptional analytical ability to break down complex problems and make data‑driven decisions.
• Bias for action and track record of taking products from concept to commercialization in fast‑moving environments.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous settings and building alignment across cross‑functional stakeholders.
