Product Manager – Payment Threat Intelligence

About the role

Mastercard’s Services team safeguards trust in payments by developing cybersecurity solutions. The Product Manager, Payment Threat Intelligence will lead the threat intelligence process supporting the Card & Payment Ecosystem Security function, turning market needs and fraud trends into actionable intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to research, analyze, and produce intelligence reports on cyber threats affecting the payment ecosystem.
• Conduct deep research on threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and translate findings into clear, actionable intelligence for non‑technical audiences.
• Author high‑quality white papers and reports that distill complex threat information into concise insights.
• Monitor emerging threats and trends, prioritize them for the organization and its clients, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align intelligence products with business needs and manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive background in Cyber Threat Intelligence, with deep understanding of the threat landscape, IOCs, and TTPs relevant to payments.
• Proven ability to build relationships for complex cyber‑crime investigations and actions.
• Strong writing skills to produce clear, concise intelligence reports and white papers for varied audiences.
• Experience managing teams, fostering collaboration, and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
