Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team, focusing on Strategy & Transformation. You will work with a diverse global client base, helping them solve strategic, tactical, operational and transformational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative input on projects across multiple industries and problem statements.
• Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand client needs, agendas, and risks.
• Lead internal and client meetings, contribute to project management and deliver recommendations.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
• Experience managing client or internal stakeholder relationships.
• Logical, structured thinking with strong numerical analysis ability.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks for multiple clients in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from 97,000 to 131,000 CAD per year.
