About the role
The Spa Manager will lead daily operations of our boutique spa in Calgary, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. This role combines operational oversight with staff leadership to drive both customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, control, evaluate, and plan daily spa operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Manage budget, inventory, and procurement.
- Oversee contracts related to advertising and marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff across all shifts.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organized approach.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexibility across evenings, mornings, nights, weekends, and shifts.
- Judgement, reliability, and a team‑player mindset.
