About the role
We are looking for a motivated Spa Manager to lead daily operations at our boutique spa in Calgary. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily spa operations, evaluating performance and implementing improvements.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily activities, including budgeting and inventory control.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for staff.
- Manage contracts related to advertising and marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff members.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school diploma) required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong client focus, interpersonal skills, flexibility, good judgement, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic security clearance.
