About the role

We are seeking experienced cooks, line cooks, prep cooks, or chefs de partie to join hospitality employers across Canada. Positions are full‑time with long‑term career potential in restaurants, hotels, cafés, resorts and other food‑service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals and individual dishes.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, plating, and presentation.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients.
• Assist with inventory and ingredient preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Work closely with chefs and other kitchen team members.
• Help ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience working as a Cook or similar culinary position.
• Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes, portions, and kitchen standards.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
