About the role
We are seeking a friendly, service‑focused Server to join our dining team at Andrews Senior Care. You will help create a warm, comfortable dining experience for our residents while supporting a culture of lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality in the dining room, ensuring residents’ preferences and needs are met.
- Communicate professionally with residents and team members, treating everyone with respect and courtesy.
- Multi‑task efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Required profile
- Resident‑focused with high attention to detail, professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and teamwork.
