About the role

We are seeking a friendly, service‑focused Server to join our dining team at Andrews Senior Care. You will help create a warm, comfortable dining experience for our residents while supporting a culture of lifelong learning and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Provide exceptional hospitality in the dining room, ensuring residents’ preferences and needs are met.
Communicate professionally with residents and team members, treating everyone with respect and courtesy.
Multi‑task efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Required profile

Resident‑focused with high attention to detail, professionalism and discretion.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
Commitment to lifelong learning and teamwork.
