Sourcing Specialist – Supplier Compliance & Contracts

About the role
Riverside Natural Foods is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support supplier partnerships and ensure that all sourcing activities meet the company’s ethical, social, and operational standards. You will act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams, keeping contracts and compliance processes running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Support Sedex integration and ongoing supplier compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate supplier data, documentation, and ethical sourcing requirements.
- Track compliance gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier contracts for accuracy, compliance, and timely renewals.
- Maintain contract records in SAP, MDG, and related platforms.
- Assist with supplier onboarding and setup across assigned categories.
- Coordinate sourcing and compliance project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and propose improvements to sourcing, contract management, and compliance processes.
