About the role

Simons is seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead the creation and distribution of corporate partnership content across its digital channels. You will help the brand shine by turning collaborations into engaging stories that resonate with audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Promote corporate partnerships through strategic content planning and publishing on social platforms and the company website.
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand and communication objectives.
• Create, coordinate, and publish copy, visuals, and video assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as buying, marketing, and communications to deliver partnership projects.
• Participate in ideation and execution of campaigns highlighting initiatives and partnerships.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
• Monitor digital trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field.
• Relevant experience in social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Interest in retail and corporate partnerships.
