Skilled Labourer & Inventory Counter – Fly‑in‑Fly‑out Mining

About the role

Join a leading gold producer on a remote Arctic mining project as a Skilled Labourer and Inventory Counter. You will work on a predictable fly‑in/fly‑out schedule, supporting equipment inventory and stock management while enjoying modern camp amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate inventory counts of mining‑related equipment and parts.
• Record, reorganise and maintain up‑to‑date inventory records.
• Operate within lay‑down yards, winter ice‑road sites and industrial warehouses.
• Assist with material handling using forklifts, zoom‑boom or telehandler equipment.

Required profile

• Experience in lay‑down, winter ice‑road, outdoor yard or industrial warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with mining parts, stock and inventory processes.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math proficiency and functional physical fitness.
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certification preferred).
• Zoom‑boom operation.
• Telehandler operation.
• Inventory counting and record‑keeping.

What we offer

• Compensation ranging from $50,000 to $95,000 CAD per year, based on experience.
• 12‑hour shifts on an even‑in/even‑out rotation.
