Customer Order Administrator – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Northside Industries is seeking a detail‑oriented Order Administrator to support manufacturing operations. You will act as a key link between customers and the production team, ensuring order information is accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update customer orders, forecasts, releases, and schedule changes in the ERP system.
• Review order information for accuracy and flag any discrepancies.
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date customer and order records.
• Communicate order changes and timing concerns to operations, scheduling and customers.
• Investigate order discrepancies, rejected transactions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to recognize inconsistencies in data and use sound judgement.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Dependable, curious and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
