Site Supervisor

About the role

This is leadership on the ground – where execution matters. As a Site Supervisor at Eagle Builders, you’ll keep projects moving by coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and ensuring every detail meets our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily site operations across multiple projects.
• Build and maintain project schedules to keep work on track.
• Manage sub‑trades, suppliers, and deliveries.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers and provide updates.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact progress.
• Maintain high standards for quality and workmanship.
• Keep documentation accurate and submitted on time.
• Read and interpret drawings and communicate changes to crews.
• Lead meetings with owners, trades, and internal teams.
• Be available to support the site, including travel and after‑hours coordination when required.

Required skills

• Procore (or similar project management tool).
• MS Project for schedule building.
• LSE safety certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Fall Protection certification.
• AWP (Advanced Work Platform) certification.
