About the role
Insight Global is looking for a polished and highly organized Showroom Assistant to manage a design-focused showroom in Toronto. The role combines office administration, hospitality, and client-facing duties to ensure a premium guest experience and a presentation-ready environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness, layout, and brand standards through daily walkthroughs and resetting meeting spaces.
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and coordinating arrivals with internal teams.
- Support hospitality needs, including refreshments for meetings and events.
- Handle administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, Salesforce updates, and supply management.
- Track samples, inventory, and manage related documentation.
- Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and shipping/receiving activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, hospitality, or client-facing role.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high presentation standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Required skills
- Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
What we offer
- Hourly rate of $25‑$35 (CAD).
- 3‑month contract with potential extensions.
- On-site work, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑4:30 pm.
