About the role

We are seeking a skilled jeweller to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. The position involves supervising other jewellers, appraising gemstones and diamonds, and creating high‑quality jewellery pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise other jewellers or watch repairers.
• Appraise gemstones and diamonds to identify rare specimens and assess value.
• Examine, cut, shape and polish diamonds and both precious and synthetic gems.
• Fabricate, repair and polish precious and semi‑precious metal jewellery.
• Set precious and semi‑precious stones in jewellery mountings.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 3 to less than 5 years of relevant jewellery experience.

Required skills

• Gemstone appraisal.
• Diamond cutting and polishing.
• Metal fabrication and repair.
• Stone setting.
