Showroom and Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Showroom and Sales Coordinator supports daily showroom operations, sales administration and customer service for Midland Appliance Ltd. Reporting to the Project and Sales Coordinator Manager, the role acts as the first point of contact for visitors and provides administrative and technical support to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the showroom reception, operate the telephone switchboard, greet visitors and direct calls professionally.
• Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring the showroom, live kitchen and staff areas are clean, organized and stocked.
• Process customer payments, maintain invoice records and prepare bank deposits.
• Coordinate orders, invoices, delivery schedules and project documentation with sales, purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Monitor project billing, shipment status and delivery timelines to ensure accuracy.
• Arrange appliance deliveries to customer homes or job sites and communicate with site supervisors and internal teams.
• Prepare and organise sales, inventory and operational reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and uphold high service standards.
