Service to Sales Team Member – Automotive Retail

About the role

The Service to Sales Team Member supports the dealership by appraising vehicles, presenting ownership options, and guiding service clients toward potential upgrades. This full‑time, onsite position works within The BMW Store and collaborates closely with the sales and service departments.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate vehicle appraisals and present ownership options to service clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, identify client needs, and demonstrate value of current and upgraded vehicles.
• Prepare purchase paperwork based on approved appraisal values and coordinate hand‑off to the sales team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product features, specifications, pricing, and inventory.
• Achieve monthly productivity goals and attend department meetings.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels and manage time priorities.
• Customer‑service orientation and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean record.

Required skills

• Proficient with internet research and Microsoft Office applications.
• Current VSA MDC licence or willingness to obtain one.
