Retail Merchandiser and Sales Rep – Part Time

About the role

Join a Canadian‑owned leader in retail merchandising to support top brands in Labrador City. You will work on‑site, typically 5 hours per week, setting up product displays and ensuring shelves are stocked and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange items according to detailed planograms.
• Build, modify, and dismantle displays while adhering to client quality and branding standards.
• Keep products well‑stocked, properly arranged, and ready for purchase.
• Install signage and perform additional merchandising services as required.
• Complete online reports, upload photos, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous merchandising experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with grocery, drug‑store or big‑box merchandising and planogram execution.
• Self‑starter mindset, reliable, and professional appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with smartphone photography and imaging applications.
• Ability to use image‑recognition and scanning technology to collect retail data.
