About the role

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to train and evaluate AI chatbots. The role involves assigning writing and editing tasks to AI models, reviewing their outputs, and ensuring high‑quality performance. This is a remote, contract‑based position for candidates based in Canada.

Key responsibilities

Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and monitor their progress.
Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and brand voice.
Identify and troubleshoot issues to improve model performance.
Provide feedback and documentation on AI model behavior.

Required profile

Fluent English at native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Experience in communications, journalism, or related content development fields.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).

Required skills

What we offer

Flexible, remote work on your own schedule.
Hourly compensation starting at CAD 25–30 per hour, with bonus rates on select projects.
Payments processed via PayPal, handling any currency conversion.
