Service Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Service Administrator to join our Dieppe office. You will support the Service and Project teams by handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that company procedures and client requirements are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch work orders, open service calls, and create purchase orders.
• Manage the NB service shared inbox and respond to general customer inquiries.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of service agreements, including setup, renewals, and cancellations.
• Review vendor invoices in Basware and correct discrepancies.
• Support technician S4 recommendations, generate pricing proposals, and follow up for client approval.
• Provide administrative assistance for payroll, managers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Maintain PO RNV reports and handle accounts payable/receivable inquiries.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑focus skills.
• Accountability, problem‑solving, and teamwork orientation.
• Previous experience in customer service and client interaction.
• Administration experience or a certificate/diploma is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, pricing, and quotation preparation is beneficial.

Required skills

• Experience with JD Edwards or a similar ERP/CRM system.
• Familiarity with Basware for invoice processing.
• Knowledge of S4 (or comparable pricing/proposal tools).
