Service Administration Coordinator

About the role

The Service Administration Coordinator supports the Service Sales team and overall service operations at HTS Engineering, ensuring accurate records, timely reports, and efficient fleet and apprenticeship management.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and attend required training, including occasional after‑hours sessions.
• Learn and become proficient in internal software systems.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for service vehicles, fleet, apprenticeships, and commissions.
• Provide administrative support to the Service group, including dispatch and project set‑up.
• Assist the General Manager and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Post‑secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
• High commitment to customer service and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with internal software applications.
