About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Montreal is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant for its renowned Marcus Restaurant & Lounge. This full‑time position supports the dining team in delivering the luxury hospitality experience the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down dining areas, including linens, tableware, glassware, and beverage stations.
• Provide attentive, elegant service in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Know the menu thoroughly, prepare condiments and garnishes, and assist with plating.
• Anticipate guest needs, replenish service stations, and support wait staff during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout shifts.
