Senior Tax Manager – Corporate & Personal Tax

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our Domestic Tax team. You will be responsible for managing client relationships across a wide range of industries, providing expert advice on both corporate and personal Canadian tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop client relationships, delivering high‑quality tax services.
• Provide strategic advice on reorganizations, rollovers, wind‑ups, amalgamations, succession and estate planning.
• Review and oversee the preparation of T1, T2 and T3 tax returns.
• Identify business‑development opportunities to expand the tax practice.

Required profile

• CPA Canada In‑Depth Tax Course completed OR a Master’s degree in Taxation.
• Recognised technical expert in Canadian corporate and personal tax planning and compliance.
• Proven experience advising on complex restructurings and estate matters.
• Strong interest in growing the firm’s tax practice.
