Senior Tax Manager – Corporate & Personal Tax

About the role

As a Senior Tax Manager in our Domestic Tax team, you will lead client relationships across a broad range of industries, delivering high‑quality corporate and personal tax advice. You will be recognised as the technical authority on Canadian tax planning and compliance while contributing to the growth of our tax practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients.
• Provide strategic advice on reorganisations, roll‑overs, wind‑ups, amalgamations, succession and estate planning.
• Review and oversee the preparation of T1, T2 and T3 tax returns.
• Identify business‑development opportunities and support practice growth initiatives.

Required profile

• CPA Canada In‑Depth Tax Course completed or a Master’s degree in Taxation.
• Demonstrated expertise in Canadian corporate and personal tax planning and compliance.
• Proven experience advising on complex restructurings and estate matters.
• Strong interest in developing new client relationships and expanding the tax practice.
