Senior Tax Compliance Analyst (CRS/FATCA/CARF)

About the role

National Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead its Tax Compliance CRS/FATCA/CARF program. You will act as the subject‑matter expert, ensuring end‑to‑end compliance across personal, commercial, wealth and market banking lines while protecting the bank and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform account monitoring and regulatory filing for CRS, FATCA and CARF programs.
• Contribute to regulatory oversight, governance and risk management of tax compliance initiatives.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product owners to enhance CRS/FATCA/CARF solutions.
• Review, validate and submit filings to the Canada Revenue Agency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in tax compliance, risk management or related fields.
• Proven experience in project delivery, Agile environments and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong influencing, communication and leadership abilities when interacting with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French to work with teams across Canada.
