Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Corporate & Leadership Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead corporate and leadership hiring for a fast‑growing retail organization. This remote, six‑month contract position focuses on sourcing and securing top‑tier talent across multiple business functions while working Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for leadership and corporate roles in HR, Merchandising, Marketing, Store Development, and E‑Commerce.
• Design and execute proactive headhunting and sourcing strategies, including market mapping and talent intelligence.
• Build and maintain pipelines for niche and senior positions, engaging passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Leverage LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks to drive candidate flow.
• Support talent planning discussions and recruitment strategy initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on corporate and leadership hiring.
• Proven background in retail headhunting across corporate functions.
• Demonstrated success in executive search and sourcing passive candidates.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing complex hiring needs.
• Familiarity with U.S. or global market dynamics is preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
