Human Resources Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations in a fully remote environment. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates looking to launch a career in HR while gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee records, and HR communications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Help coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
• Organise employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internships count).
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and confidentiality skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
