Senior Social Designer (Social Media)

About the role

Origins is seeking a Senior Social Designer to lead the visual storytelling on its social channels. You will shape and elevate the brand’s aesthetic across Instagram, TikTok and other key platforms, working closely with a cross‑functional team to deliver fresh, engaging content daily.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and design social‑first assets for campaigns, product launches and always‑on storytelling, including static, animated and motion pieces.
• Maintain distinct visual languages tailored to each platform while ensuring overall brand consistency.
• Own and manage master design resources, guidelines, and visual standards for global social use.
• Develop a visual system for scientific storytelling around product innovation.
• Collaborate with the Video Content Creator to align static and motion assets.
• Partner with the broader design team, photographers and external creators to adapt large‑scale campaign assets for social.
• Balance creative direction with performance‑driven insights, leveraging data where possible.
• Contribute to content strategy, calendar planning and cross‑functional ideation within the social media team.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading social design for consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating static, animated and motion work across multiple platforms.
• Ability to translate brand identity into platform‑specific visual storytelling.
• Data‑informed mindset to adapt creative based on performance insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
