Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join its Identity team in Canada. You will act as the technical bridge between sales and customers, helping prospects understand and adopt Mastercard’s identity verification and fraud‑detection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales organization to drive deals and close opportunities in the North America market.
• Present technical product details, demonstrate value, and conduct proof‑of‑value tests for prospective clients.
• Provide training and guidance on integrating Mastercard data and machine‑learning models into customer environments.
• Represent Mastercard Identity at industry conferences and customer engagements.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product teams to influence roadmap enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales or solutions engineering within the payments, fintech, or identity‑verification space.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
