Senior Project Manager – Complex Building Technology Projects

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex building‑technology projects for Bosch Building Technology, coordinating internal teams, clients and subcontractors from concept to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while upholding the company’s professional values.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Bosch Building Technology professionally to maximise client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, RFPs and bid documents that highlight company strengths and meet operational requirements.
• Develop and execute follow‑up communication and proposal generation processes for prospects.
• Complete sales orders, scopes, plans and all project documentation in line with company procedures and contract terms.
• Identify client security needs and propose appropriate products and services.
• Negotiate and present final contracts, ensuring all financial and invoicing details are accurate.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to assess satisfaction, generate referrals and manage collections.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation and subcontractor activities, and manage procurement and delivery of materials.
• Monitor construction schedules, adjust designs or budgets as required, and oversee performance on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, multi‑million‑dollar projects in a construction or building‑technology environment.
• Strong leadership mindset with a focus on people development and client orientation.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours and adapt to changing project demands.
• Commitment to safety, company policies and accurate record‑keeping.
