Senior Program Manager

About the role

Kepler Communications is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the development and execution of mission‑critical satellite systems from concept through on‑orbit validation. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and hosted‑payload customers to drive strategic initiatives that expand Kepler’s global space‑connectivity network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver on‑orbit demonstrations and technical iterations of the ÆTHER spacecraft platform.
• Oversee the planning, budgeting, and schedule for the Tranche‑2 satellite constellation development and commissioning.
• Coordinate with global partners and customers to ensure successful payload integration and operational handover.
• Contribute to proposal development for new satellite system opportunities, software enhancements, and on‑orbit operations.
• Monitor program performance, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex aerospace or satellite programs.
• Strong technical background across multiple aerospace engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver on‑time, on‑budget.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
