Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, results‑driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid‑social acquisition across Canada and Mexico. You will lead full‑funnel campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV and emerging platforms, turning data into measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end paid‑social strategies that align with company growth targets.
• Manage budgets, bidding, and optimization across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV and Reddit.
• Design and run rigorous experiments to improve CPA and ROAS.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create narratives, playbooks and assets that enable field success.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights and report impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Identify and test new social and video platforms that could unlock additional growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid‑social campaigns at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of reducing CPA and increasing ROAS.
• Ability to translate market and competitor insights into actionable marketing tactics.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with cross‑functional teams.
