About the role

We are looking for a strategic builder and thinker to lead marketing for a group of industrial recycling and material processing companies. This remote senior role will shape demand generation, nurture high‑value leads, and influence the strategic direction of two industry‑leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the marketing roadmap and provide strategic insights.
• Identify and engage the Ideal Customer Profile across industrial equipment and manufacturing divisions.
• Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Pro for workflow automation, attribution tracking, and lead lifecycle management.
• Manage multi‑channel digital presence, including websites and social media, to boost brand visibility.
• Equip sales with intelligence and collateral using tools like ZoomInfo and Claude.
• Design and monitor integrated campaigns that convert long‑cycle B2B prospects into customers.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build marketing plans from scratch with a strategic mindset.
• Hands‑on expertise in advanced HubSpot Marketing Pro workflows.
• Deep B2B marketing experience, especially with professional and industrial audiences.
• Strong digital proficiency in website management and professional social media strategy.
• Available to work within the Eastern Time Zone (EST) and excellent communication skills.
