Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

ShyftLabs is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance HR and People Operations across a growing global workforce. Reporting to the VP, you will shape policies, drive talent acquisition, and foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and documentation.
• Develop scalable HR policies, procedures, and internal systems to support international growth.
• Oversee HRIS management, employee records, and organizational reporting.
• Manage benefit packages and filings for Canada and the United States.
• Partner with leadership on hiring strategies, full‑cycle recruitment, and employer branding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws in Canada, the U.S., India, and other jurisdictions.
• Design performance review cycles, feedback frameworks, and learning‑development programs.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and people strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in HR management within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation in Canada, the United States, and India.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders on strategic workforce initiatives.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and coaching skills.
