Senior ERP‑SAP Solution Manager

About the role

Infosys Public Services is seeking a Senior ERP‑SAP Solution Manager to lead solution delivery for enterprise clients in Mississauga. The role involves interfacing with key stakeholders, overseeing the full software development life‑cycle, and ensuring high‑quality code, testing, and support throughout implementation, transition, and warranty phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA and Ariba.
• Drive implementation and sustainment activities across complex enterprise environments.
• Create high‑level design artifacts and deliver code deliverables for assigned modules.
• Lead validation, testing, and support activities for all types of testing.
• Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing, documentation, and collaborative engineering culture.
• Work closely with architects, business analysts, QA, and operations to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 11 years of IT experience, including 7+ years of SAP solution delivery.
• Minimum 4 years providing senior‑level guidance in complex enterprise settings.
• Located within commuting distance to Ottawa or willing to relocate to Mississauga.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
