Senior Consultant – NetSuite & Salesforce Projects

About the role

Appficiency is seeking a Senior Consultant I to lead multi‑workstream engagements for its enterprise software clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving both project delivery and practice growth across a portfolio of NetSuite implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage 4‑5 client projects while overseeing 1‑2 additional engagements.
• Lead end‑to‑end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, build, testing, validation, and user training.
• Own project allocations, team capacity, and billable hours, coordinating activity trackers in Salesforce.
• Develop and apply Appficiency’s delivery methodology across all engagements.
• Identify non‑standard business processes and propose practical, technology‑driven solutions.
• Assist clients in designing enterprise architecture and integrating business systems.
• Resolve NetSuite issues and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in professional services, functional or technical consulting, with senior or leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale SaaS or industry‑specific implementations (distribution, manufacturing, retail, media & advertising).
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep, expert‑level expertise on the NetSuite platform, including complex multi‑entity or global deployments.
