The Director of Technology will lead BCS Technology Inc.'s technology strategy and oversee the development of innovative products. This senior position combines technical leadership with ethical oversight of AI and NLP solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budget and cost estimates for technology initiatives.
• Design and develop software programs.
• Review and adapt information on product innovations, competitors and market conditions.
• Leverage existing natural language processing (NLP) technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to create communication assistance features.
• Advise project teams on technical direction and ethical accountability frameworks.

Required profile

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and product development.
• Strong client focus and leadership abilities.
