About the role
This senior position is ideal for a results‑driven digital marketing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment. You will manage and grow strategic B2B client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize the value of multi‑channel digital marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, cross‑selling and strategic expansion.
- Lead onboarding and guide clients through activation milestones for successful adoption.
- Oversee campaign performance, monitor KPIs and align results with client objectives.
- Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews and strategic consultations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve tickets, maintain service quality and meet operational standards.
- Promote engagement with digital products, educational resources and community initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client success or customer relationship roles within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing recurring‑revenue accounts and achieving retention and growth targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing and ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
