About the role
The Communications Specialist (Training) will design, develop, and deliver training and change‑management communications across the organization. You will work closely with leadership, program sponsors, and end‑users to ensure learning initiatives are clear, engaging, and aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Create user training materials, technical documentation, and platform support resources.
- Deliver interactive training sessions using web‑based tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Develop and present communications for executive management, steering committees, branch managers, and end users.
- Produce training assets including documentation, computer‑based training modules, and training videos.
- Design change‑management deliverables: change strategy, training strategy, stakeholder impact assessments, and communication plans.
- Document user requirements, business processes, and workflows.
- Build effective relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze feedback data to continuously improve training materials.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, communications, adult education, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in training development and delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with strict timelines.
- Experience creating and delivering communications at various organizational levels.
- Strong background in change‑management documentation and stakeholder engagement.
