Senior Designer – Environmental Branding & Wayfinding

About the role

Entro is seeking a Senior Designer to join its Toronto studio. The role leads the creation and execution of environmental branding, signage, and wayfinding systems for a variety of public and private spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, development, detailing, and implementation of signage, environmental graphics, identity, branding, and print projects.
• Support the Creative Director in shaping conceptual renderings, artwork, and design intent specifications.
• Conduct client meetings, assess project needs, and deliver compelling design presentations.
• Develop wayfinding strategies, message schedules, and signage location plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration.
• Coordinate with design and project management teams on budgeting, timelines, and project expectations.
• Provide client liaison support throughout all project phases and ensure compliance with goals and standards.
• Mentor emerging designers and foster a vibrant, enthusiastic design environment.

Required profile

• College diploma in graphic design or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic, environmental, or wayfinding design.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
